FactOS collects information primarily through the official Torn API to facilitate faction management. This includes your Torn ID, username, faction affiliation, API key, and various game-related statistics.
Your Torn statistics and profile information are visible only to authorized leadership members of your faction. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal game data with third-party entities outside of your faction context.
All sensitive information, including API keys, is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-CBC encryption. Access to the FactOS ecosystem is secured by strict role-based access control (RBAC).
If you leave your faction or request account deletion, your API key will be permanently removed from our active rotation pool. Archival data required for faction accounting and war ledgers may be retained anonymously.
